Pros

CRI offers great benefits, most office staff are great to work with, and work hours outside of tax season can be good.

Cons

Learning and mentoring are not utilized in employee development. The environment is highly competitive and not team oriented.

Awesome coworkers, good mix of clients from different industries, hours not as long during busy season as most CPA firms, benefits package is nice, dinner provided everyday during busy season, good evaluation process

Cons

I work in the Houston office and we were recently acquired by CRI. Corporate has rolled out new audit procedures but provide very little guidance and creates different interpretations throughout the office of how to implement a process. Otherwise no cons
