Plenty of opportunities to work on a variety of engagements in both audit and tax

Cons

Partner-in-charge at the time was completely out of touch with hiring needs and the heavy burden that was placed on senior accountants to lead engagements for some of the office’s larger clients

I met some nice people and worked for two excellent Partners who unfortunately are no longer w/CRI.

Cons

They have a new Sheriff in town (Partner in Charge). She's even more arrogant and condescending than the prior Partner in Charge. Raises are pitiful. Bonuses are a thing of the distant past. Billable hours are the key. There is no training; I really felt sorry for these kids straight out of collage who had no Tax Training. If you thinking of applying here ... DON'T. Keep looking better jobs are out there.
