      The audit partner ensures the workload is delegated fairly so you are not over-worked. The firm does summer and winter hours along with flex time option. Hybrid schedule. There is opportunity for growth

      Cons

      There can be more structure and hands on training. Compensation increases and benefits can be better. Some firms pay over time and bonuses, not here.
