It’s a paycheck

Pros

They offer decent benefits, no fear about paycheck not being deposited, pretty hard to be fired.

Cons

I was at the firm for a few years, started when it was Crabtree Rowe & Burger. The partners (like any work place) have their favorites but all expect you to not have any outside life. Work always comes first. They are always looking to hire because employee retention is very bad. Always promising to lighten workload “once we hire new team members”. It’s an endless cycle.
