Diverse work tasks and the ability to move between accounting focus teams if you play the politics and take the harsh words covered in the Cons.

Cons

There is little to no camaraderie in the Metairie, LA office. Management is harsh with words and advancement depends upon your playing their politics regardless of the quality of your work.

I really enjoyed working here. There is a lot of training to make sure you are well prepared. Whenever I had a question, it was always addressed quickly and in a kind manner. There was a good work and life balance.

Cons

The workload can be quite a lot especially near the deadlines. At some times I felt overworked.
