Insurance coverage was very nice.

Cons

You will do fine if you are a favorite, related to upper management, or are close friends. Promotions and empty job titles are handed out to a select few. However, overall, there is no growth opportunity.

Cons

Base pay is minimum wage, if commission earned doesn't exceed that you get minimum wage. Lots of paperwork, follow up, huge learning curve, sales pressure
