Pros

The work life balance is great! The management gives workers a decent, but managable amount of work. You will be busy but you will not feel like the world is coming down on you.

Cons

Very little help when something difficult comes along and pay is not the best. 0 bonus or incentive plan.

Good, but not great

Pros

- opportunities to try new things - helpful managers that care about your goals

Cons

- HR & Payroll are outsourced and not helpful for anything - they outsource everything so it's all impersonal - I got paid half of what my peers did for almost two years & was lied to about it
