Pros

The TM position gives you the flexibility to work from anywhere and interact face to face with customers. Carrier Enterprise sells premium brands in our industry.

Cons

Carrier Enterprise only cares about bottom line! They have an excessive amount of middle management that try to justify their jobs with multiple meetings that keep the TM's in the office and not visiting customers . Management also knows they have issues with underachievers and procedural problems but does nothing to fix the issue.

nimble. coming from our previous environment, it was refreshing to be able to act with greater speed.

Cons

no real autonomy. executives say we "run our business" but then proceed to tell us exactly how to operate all the way down to daily tactics.

The company has a lot of presence in the market place and offers a wide variety of products. There are a lot of great people working for this company and they work very hard to take care of the customers.

Cons

Very little training, antiquated software that can be difficult to navigate. little room for advancement, low pay for the jog.
