Pros

Local team isn’t bad, just a bunch of yes men.

Cons

Terrible company culture they treat all employees like you should be honored to work there. Management is afraid to speak out against corporate or Watsco the parent company. If you have talent take it somewhere else.

Pros

Discounted equipment for employees is jice

Cons

The regional general managers are terrible people. Blaming everyone except sales. Buy more, we will sell more! Then, why did you buy so much?!? We are writing you up! We are gonna take the sales team to a nice event and not include anyone else because they are stressed about not having what they want to sell. Yeah we may have product to sell, but the sales group can’t sell that stuff. MA leadership is pathetic and fake while SE leadership celebrates themselves and rewards themselves with trips and dinners while the rest of us take the heat. No support from the director that causes confusion and has terrible ideas.
