      Good pay with hard-working folks in spots

      Cons

      People focused on self-interest and not bought into growing the culture of the company. Favoritism leads to the wrong employees being retained and promoted while good talent leaves. Executive team needs to be clean housed as they have become very short sited with results rather than focusing on long-term vision.

      Good pay, and talented individuals.

      Cons

      No care for employees, teams are burned out due to lack of direction from the top. Priorities are communicated clearly, but the day to day is not consistent. they set unrealistic expectations, this comes from the very Top who believes that staying overnight or leaving the office at 9pm is what it takes. Dont take the bait. research the turnover rate post the utc spin-off (2020); people in the area that have not worked there refer to it as the company where nobody stays (their acquaintances worked there at some point, but nobody stays).

      Predominantly whites. Lacks dynamism. People have never left carrier. Hierarchical and bureaucratic.
