Pros

Decent pay for the workload.

Cons

Typical “drink the Kool-Aid” culture…plenty of buzzwords and internal hype, but little substance behind it. The company loves to publish flashy press releases about new initiatives that may see real funding, but will certainly lack follow-through. Progressiveness feels more like a talking point than a practice. Unless you enjoy manually entering “data” into dashboards or sitting through endless meetings about “innovation,” you might find the experience frustrating. Stock performance continues to trend downward, which says a lot about the direction things are heading.

Pros

Flexible work environment, modern office building

Cons

Management completely detached from reality, employee experience non-existent. Carrier doesnt value its employees and does not fight for them. At the first sign of problems, employees are first to go. Dont ever come close to this company
