Beware of customer service

Pros

The insurance is okay at best.

Cons

The customer service department is a joke and doesn’t actually care about their employees. They’d heartless and have gray area policies when it comes to PTO. Nepotism is the standard Carrier Way. They get relatives hired and they’re the “company aligned” - they never had to work for the job. They promote lazy workers and ridicule hard/passionate workers. They refuse to put clear as day policies and policies differ from departments within the same office/location. If there are factory issues they refuse to put it in writing to alert the customers, and make the reps take all the heat. Corporate policies are a joke. The systems they use are broke and/or need an overhaul.

Cons

High level management has absolutely no clue of what it going on if not in West Palm Merit program is a joke Bonus they do the best as they can for you to get as minimum as possible Constant changes and not to the better, constantly changing because, again, they don't know what they are doing,
