Pros

UTC owns it, and they'll pay 100% tuition for any major you want including mater's and PHDs even if it's not work related. And you don't have to sign any agreements to stay for a certain amount of time once the courses are finished.

Cons

Not great health insurance...not great raises for hourly either...2-4% per year with no bonuses.

Pros

Good emphasis on bringing in new recruits and providing with best training and assignments of merit. Interns given top assignments and challenges mostly. Strict enactment of corporate operating parameters "ACE". Lean environment. Good emphasis on diversity throughout organization.

Cons

Follow through and implementation often waned due to excessive workloads on key individuals. Work-life balance suffered during product rollouts and initial deliveries. Mid level management not always competent for the roles appointed to. Some appointments seemed based on performance in meetings and not actual job performance.
