Pros

* Core values of the company are good.

Cons

Procurement function is in wrong hands. People leaders are very poor in fostering an inclusive and healthy work environment. Attrition is high. Think twice if you are at a peaceful and stable organization. There are plenty of peaceful jobs in the market that offer good compensation. People leaders yell at each other on group calls. Zero guidance. Unrealistic approach towards work. Doesn't care about supplier relationships like lala type companies. Leadership skills are missing. Lead by example is not the way leaders believe. Confusing reporting relationships and thereby miscommunication. Doesn't have a structured approach. Performance management practices are worst and outdated. HR team is spineless and doesn't even have the intention to meet industry standard practices. Procurement leaders lack basic understanding of sourcing. Spend analysis is the only thing they know. I can write a book about my worst association with this company. Choose your career options wisely.
