      Lack of congruence between Carrier Transicold and UTC)

      Good pay and vacation package

      Cons

      While UTC is pushing a lot for digitalization and elimination of bureaucraty, the opposite seems to happens in my business unit (Carrier Transicold ) No visible progress on strategy which is already quite old Approval process way too heavy and usually nothing approved as soon as it has a cost associated No innovation beside products (and no budget anyway).

      Pros

      Chubb Edwards has a lot of employees that have been with the company for more than 20 years. There is a lot of brand loyalty and passion for the business

      Cons

      It is hard to change/improve internal processes because people are used to do things in their own way. It is hard to change the culture of 'that is the way we do it here'
