The few famous one is its SIT regression automation process, release management process, production deployment process, help desk escalation and SLA process, architectural board process.
Cons
Chubb Asia Pacific Zone IT lack of a strong top management as well as too much political things happening. So most of the time, applications are being build from IT driven instead of Business driven in which lots of applications are being built and sit there as a white elephant. Because of that, the changing of top management (especially the delivery team management) become more and more frequent in which the process is directly or indirectly affecting the morale of the employees. The voices of ground employees are not being heard as well.
