      Pros

      lots of freedom ability to make your own schedule reasonably competitive pay structure company provides a vehicle, cell phone, laptop, and what not

      Cons

      Currently Carrier is doing very poorly and it's reflected by their people. The morale of the company is very, very low, opportunities within the company are limited at best, and the organization is being run by leaders who have little experience in exactly how our business works.

      Pros

      Good work life balance and decent Pay. Always work to be done and never boring. Interesting people to meet along the way.

      Cons

      Lots of red tape. Communication btwn departments is slow and not communicated clearly. Changes are slow to be made and it can be hard to get your point across.

      Pros

      I would think the pension and 401k support was one of the pros and supporting the degree program is also one of the pros.

      Cons

      Since the construction industry has been sinking deeply, this company goes more deeper down to the bottom of the sea. It is not the time to join this company
