Get to learn the internal SOP which is good practice. Technical training and soft skills training, in case want to upgrade or lack any

Cons

I feel that there's no proper recognition for eg. if some one is leaving they don't try to stop them with some compensation or offer. Though it's good that they don't stop but some where you feel that after working for some time they don't care.

Nothing good ,you will get after joining of 2 month that you have chosen wrong

1.Too much Politics , old People do not allow you to grow ,Manager never trust on people other than the Legacy . 2.Politics start from day one when you join .But you feel after 2 month 3.As a developer Do Not join you forgot what you worked. 4.Please have other offer before join also
