Pros

Maybe after it stabilizes work-life balance will get better. Right now the expectation is to shift work and pile on those resonsibilities, making it very challenging.

Cons

Going through some major transitions and unfortunately the company has been reducing workforce for the past year. This is due to acquisitions of other companies that require they retain their talent for a number of years.

Good pay, and talented individuals.

Cons

No care for employees, teams are burned out due to lack of direction from the top. Priorities are communicated clearly, but the day to day is not consistent. they set unrealistic expectations, this comes from the very Top who believes that staying overnight or leaving the office at 9pm is what it takes. Dont take the bait. research the turnover rate post the utc spin-off (2020); people in the area that have not worked there refer to it as the company where nobody stays (their acquaintances worked there at some point, but nobody stays).

Working at the branch, my supervisors are fantastic, never had some that would support me and really understand the balance of work and life.

Cons

The corporate headquarters don't always understand what is occuring in the field when making changes.
