Pros

Carroll has a supportive and collegial workplace culture. I would recommend them as an employer to anyone.

Cons

Salaries are held low- they claim Carroll is in a rural area doesn't compete for hires with employers in neighboring wealthy counties. It was challenging for me to hire skilled employees.
