No micromanagement which is highly appreciated, a lot of leniency, super flexible, the managers are great, and potential to make good money.

Pros

The actual programming work was not very hard and the hours were flexible.

Cons

Creating voodoo web applications to forcefully collect data from servers at other companies without any agreement or permission using black hat methods. Another thing was low compensation. Also we had to work with many outsourced teams with crazy hours due to using the budget for acquisitions rather than to improve the existing teams. The actual development team was unfriendly as well.

Pros

Great people from the top-down. Management team is a breeze to work with, provide everything you need to succeed, are responsive and supportive, and add a young and energetic feel to the company. They are hands-on, but give you the space you need to perform.

Cons

Product/Solutions offered are average to good, depending on geographic location and organic web traffic generated to company sites. Inconsistent investment of resources to manage this traffic results in peaks and valleys of referral performance to dealer partners.
