We have really solid growth. But we want crazy growth and struggle to get there. Aggressive goals are good but worry it's not going to be enough for our investors.

Team members at all levels are empowered and extremely willing to help in any way that they can. The Onboarding process was strategically planned out and gave great exposure to ALL areas of the company, not just the functional job role. Very positive and energetic environment!

Cons

Nothing really. Maybe some furniture updates.
