Pros

- The team. I've never worked with a team this fun or engaged. - Rewarding work. We are doing something that makes society better. - Flexibility. Management understands work-life balance. - Perks. The company does little and big things to show employee appreciation. - Growth. We are growing at an exciting pace.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but a good heads up: you must be willing and able to adapt to frequent change. It's the nature of the technology business. I find it exciting, but it's not for everyone.

Great culture. Teams have a lot freedom without being micro-managed. Great benefits: foosball table, free snacks, parental leave. Get to work on a great product using some of the latest technologies.

Cons

Limited career growth upwards if not interested in management.
