Pros

Family environment where everyone is valued, great work/life balance (PTO plans also), excellent benefits (health, dental, 401k matching), great rewards for performance and company wide bonuses upon reaching goals. Employees are valued and taken care of, everyone takes pride in their work and you get to be a part of a team with a unified vision.

Cons

Nothing major that I’ve seen yet, there are always things that can be improved anywhere. There can be a tendency to focus on finishing projects quickly, when sometimes there would actually be a better return on investment if the extra time and care was given, for a better user experience over quick turnaround times.

The culture at Cartegraph is second to none. It took me about 3 days to realize I had made a great decision to leave my former company for Cartegraph. I have not met a single person at Cartegraph that is not 100% on board with the company. Truly a great group that enjoys making a difference and supporting our customers.

Cons

HQ is in Dubuque, IA. Not the easiest place to travel. However, the fact they are HQ'd in Dubuque might be a big reason why the culture at the company is so strong.
