Pros

There is a somewhat flexible schedule that allows you a fair amount of freedom. There is also a work-anywhere attitude which makes it easy to work from home as needed. Lots of excellent co-workers and great medical insurance.

Cons

There are a lot of meetings. There is a fair amount of shift in focus, but those are to meet market needs.
