      Pros

      Flexible schedule with opportunity to work remote, 15 days of PTO. Fun virtual company events. Fantastic co-workers who are willing to help given the time. Family environment

      Cons

      Simply not enough hours in the day. Lack of training opportunities on the software. Not many other cons

      - Great product that has been created and continues to be enhanced from the feedback that Cartegraph gets from their customers. - Staff at Cartegraph love what they do and love serving their customers. - The partnership with Esri creates a seamless integration of Cities/Counties GIS to Cartegraph OMS - Fantastic Company Culture!

      Awesome, professional staff. Committed to excellence. Forward vision. Leader in the software space.

      Cons

      Salaries are low, and not equal between jobs of similar levels and skill set. Currently understaffed and over worked due to loss of key players within organization.
