Pros
Carter is invested in growing: rental fleet, sales fleet, employees, locations. There will be no shortage of opportunities in the next few years.
Cons
There's a lot of nepotism..playing favorites, and brown nosing. Company is very much about playing politics to get ahead, which means there's a lot of people in positions who have no business being managers/leading. There's almost no training. You have to take the initiative to reach out to experienced people yourself. Very little diversity...It's a mostly white male dominated industry and company.
