The pride the employees have and the merch was really cool.

Cons

Lower management is worked like pawns. 100% just a number. A lot of nepotism at Carter and there’s a clique. The benefits were great, and used to stand out but the market has caught up. Had to pay for your own merch.

With growth can come growing pains, sometimes things happen so quickly that there isn’t always communication to make sure all employees are aware of the business plans.
