Work-life balance, pay and benefits, mostly great people to work with. Top 3 are incredibly personable individuals, albeit slightly out of touch when it comes to service techs.

Cons

Upper management generally doesn’t listen to needs or requirements of techs. Salesmen think they run the show, oversell units, make unrealistic promises to customers, and don’t listen to field tech recommendations.
