An entire shift was fired during my employment in this department which in return made it way more difficult to keep pace and not work yourself to death *Top pay can get hit quick depending on your work ethic and length of employment resulting in needing to leave the department for higher pay If you work hard, expect to be worked harder but if you don’t work hard you can expect to be allowed to get away with it for about a year to 1.5 years Company prides themselves on low turn over rate and many options for growth but sadly I saw way too many good employees leave because the company never gave them opportunities to grow and they always were turned down and the company would put others in positions that should never been there to begin with.
