Amazing company for which to work

Pros

Great benefits, amazing corporate culture. The upper management is awesome--the CEO will treat you like a friend and colleague. The company and those in it really care about your ideas and want you to grow. Everyone is always willing to help you learn and grow.

Cons

The interview process is long & the monthly benefits cost are slightly high.

Not much mobility and management falls short

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Nice building and amenities. Schedules aren't flexible, but time off is not much of an issue. Good for women who want to have kids, they give a decent amount of time off for pregnancies.

Cons

Traffic at home office. Bad communication processes. Multi-layered management. Work long hours and expected to stay late or arrive early, and as always if you arrive early, leaving early is frowned upon. Not much room for advancement.
