      Pros

      Some departments have great managers and directors. Most employees really want to make a positive impact and work well with one another, but there are some people at higher positions that create the toxicity.

      Cons

      I don't ever recommend applying to a position in PDC (Product Development Commercialization), Technical Design, or Fabric. There never seems to be a clear plan to follow through and blame gets shifted instead of taking accountability. Everything is chaos and many lies have been told. Information isn't considered or it's ignored and communication is flawed. The culture is TOXIC in those areas. A lot of good people have been laid off, especially people with tenor and logic, and that seems intentional. There has been poor decisions and many assumptions without facts. The department is being ran off of lies and manipulation! Stay far away. HR is now leader led. Employees will hold back from complaining because of retaliation from their leaders which has already happened. Everyone has been required to come back to office. After the layoff of 300 people, workload has doubled, even tripled for some. CEO was clear when he said put more accountability on the employees who are staying.
