Pros

The work place has a fun and friendly atmosphere. There are plenty of ways to learn and access to materials needed to learn. There is room for advancement at a pretty quick pace as the company is ever expanding. The schedules are pretty flexible, even with the black out dates. Everyone is team oriented! Great job if you are looking to pick up some extra hours on the side.

Cons

Unless you are in management, this a more of a part time secondary job. The pay is decent, but depending on your customer flow, they may not have a lot of hours to give out. If you end up at a low volume store as a part timer, you will need a second job. Even though there are many ways to learn, at times it can be very over whelming. There are a lot of policies and procedures to follow for just about everything that goes on in the store.
