Pros

Good discounts a couple times a year during staff sale days. Sometimes you get good managers

Cons

You’ll be underpaid with high expectations, and constantly forced to adapt to new management as they rarely stick around. Customers are often rude and entitled, but that is common within retail. The company is cheap and provides limited hours/time to complete tasks. You’ll be given half an hour to close the store, as well as complete major signage changes. You will often only work with one other person, but if you are a key holder you will be expected to work alone at times. Wages were not clearly defined between job roles.
