      You get to help familys pick awesome baby clothes,You have alot of fun things to do they do lots of activites my child got to be part of a fashion show it was awesome!

      Hard work,Not great insurance costly,not many hours they vary but i got one day in three weeks

      -Small teams, hard to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines -Limited availability for advancement especially for people that deserve it -Compensation low for workload given

      Pros

      Fun, fast paced, upbeat environment. Somewhat flexible scheduling. Promotions are usually available if you're willing to transfer and be extremely patient. Company rewards an employee in each store every other month with a small prize, through a recognition program.

      Cons

      Forced to work holidays that the company once was closed for. Workload is often too heavy and not enough hours given to cover for the workload and selling. Not enough training hours given for new sales associates. PTO is decent, it accrues based on how many hours you work in a pay period. Reaching Store Manager position is difficult if you aren't chummy with the upper management outside of the store. Lots of contradictory policies.
