Pros

Have excellent clothing. Have lots of faithful customers that return often. Schedule was ok if the manager you have is fair with it.

Cons

The worst pay I have ever seen. If you do not come from outside of the company then you pretty much don't get what is deserved for doing what is needed to get the job done. Once they have you they don't give you much of a reason to stay pay wise. There are lots of clicks within the company and if you are not in one of them then you don't stand a chance to succeed. Not a whole lot of room for advancement due to the current store managers being in there jobs for years and have no intention of trying to get promoted or moving on. Very few stores being opened like everyone else. Overall love there product but they have a long way to go before they become employee friendly.

Pros

- Majority of the employees are really great to work with. Most how to know how to handle customers with a smile and show them what they're looking for. - Most of the management is great. They provide help to the sales associates when needed. - It's always nice to see families, soon-to-be parents, and regulars come in, especially adorable children to interact with. - Minimal scheduling conflicts when it comes to availability for school.

Cons

- Hard to request a Saturday or Sunday off if you're one of those people who work EVERY weekend. - Too many boxes of shipment to deal with that we don't even have space in our stockroom or storage shed to walk. - Starting pay is horrible. Been assigned with a lot more work lately for just a little bit above minimum wage. All the work that's being done is too much for the wage that's being received. Another hard-working employee has been in the company for 2+ years and has never received a raise. - We're told that there's room to grow in the company, but every new management that we've received has been from the outside. - Company does not care for their employees, although there seems to be favoritism at times.
