Pros

Can move up quickly if given the right leadership. Great atmosphere Product you can stand behind

Cons

HO puts high expectations on you of upping your metrics all while cutting hours. Having to try to retain great staff you care about when they aren't making enough to support themselves due to cut hours. Adding more and more to the plate of managers with little support to help get it done. Head office should adopt Nike add of "just do it"
