Pros

Great salary for entry level job - no higher education required Awesome opportunity traveling with work and attending events For retail employee this is a great place to build solid local customer base due to the company culture on building strong personal relationships with clients

Cons

Clear company hierarchy on all levels no matter what kind of position you have within the company. Not a place for creativity and democracy but it's luxury retail after all, toxic workplace is part of the game :) If you can put up with old school management and traditional way of internal communication/processes - you'll probably thrive or survive just fine here
