- Innovative product - Good offices - Good location in Barcelona

Cons

This company looks like a nice gift well wrapped, but when you open it, all you find is a disaster. The main problem comes from the direction itself : the HR department is led in an unprofessional way (lack of experience, inappropriate comments among women). Things are getting worse since the arrival of the new COO who is only business oriented and authoritarian. Generally speaking, the company is dealing with a severe lack of internal communication and structure, bad recruitements and a very noxious work environment.

The product is incredible and the CEO is very involved in the proper running of the company. The C-levels always look for the best talent out there and invest in their employees who value hard work and are loyal to the company. Moreover, the leadership grew stronger with the arrival of a growth-orientated leader, who ensured the company becomes more organized, the employees are happy, and that we have more team-building and extra-work activities.

Cons

The company still needs to clearly establish its company culture and their organizational priorities. As I said, they are working towards building a great environment to work in.
