      Pros

      Generally good people, good to work with. Most are very helpful and happy to help you learn, as long as you work hard

      Cons

      Literally mind-numbingly boring. When you first learn a new line, it feels frantic to keep up with the machines, but then after a day, you have mastered it and it just becomes so boring.

      Pros

      You really do feel like family here. Since the new VP started things have really improved and it’s obvious he really cares about us. The Cascade University training is great and provides opportunity for growth. The Cascade Way works.

      Cons

      Training is good but we are so short of staff it’s hard to get the time. Wages could be better.
