Pros

Management is very employee friendly. Bonus incentives, employee events (contests with free T-shirts, gift cards), free lunch provided for overtime work, huge emphasis on safe working conditions. Communication with employees seems sincere. Weekly meetings with teams and monthly meetings with leadership group.

Cons

I see no cons to working at Cascade Coffee. It is probably the best job I have ever had.

It's not a difficult job, people are willing to help. Decent benefits.

Cons

Had an issue with last paycheck, called hr about it but never heard back. Out 800+ bucks. Someone else said it takes an emotional toll. It really does.
