      Great Company - Great work/life balance

      Pros

      Being a single parent with two kids can be rough. Things can come up and life can happen. It's been my experience at Cascade Coffee that when those issues do occur, I have always been encouraged to "put your kids first, and we'll figure it out together." I feel my skills are valued, and my position in the leadership team is invaluable. I get to use my talents as an artist while learning new skills as a leader and marketing specialist and I'm always adding to my COFFEE IQ.

      Pros

      Monthly Cascade Cares events like BBQ's, contests, and a great Christmas party. Fun fast pace work environment where everyone can make a difference. Good people. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Long hours when busy. It would be nice to have more people to spread the work load. But, with that said, they are hiring and it's getting a lot better.

      Pros

      I have worked for many companies in a variety of industries throughout my career. The team that has been assembled at Cascade Coffee boasts an amazing range of skillsets and incredible knowledge base, both in the manufacturing industry and each of their disciplines. The work environment is exciting - new challenges and opportunities to learn present themselves on a daily basis. The freedom for each employee to have input is encouraged by management – and it so rewarding to see those ideas implemented. I am excited to come to work at a company that supports its employees both professionally and personally. Cascade Cares!
