      Pros

      Management is very employee friendly. Bonus incentives, employee events (contests with free T-shirts, gift cards), free lunch provided for overtime work, huge emphasis on safe working conditions. Communication with employees seems sincere. Weekly meetings with teams and monthly meetings with leadership group.

      Cons

      I see no cons to working at Cascade Coffee. It is probably the best job I have ever had.

      Pros

      busy, fun, exciting, new innovation, equipment and products, lots of opportunity for training, growth & promotions, freebies (lunch, coffee, swag), working on communication

      Cons

      like i said, communication is a work in progress-but leadership team seems to be heading in the right direction! Really busy and lots of overtime(which is a pro for some people!) because of overall labor market right now.
