A Senior Living organization that honestly cares about it's resident and staff
Pros
Cascade is a smaller organization with 30+ communities and so you're connected directly with ownership, who will listen to your needs and provide support. Simply put, Cascade puts the lives of their people, both residents and staff, ahead of the bottom line. I've been the industry for 13 years and this is unfortunately rare amongst other Senior Living organizations
Cons
I wish Cascade had more of a presence online or through Social Media because those who know someone at Cascade want to work for us and therefore a lot of our hires come from employee referrals. However, unfortunately not enough people know who we are and what separates us from other Senior Living companies, so we sometimes we struggle to hire for positions that I'm sure there's a lot of candidates who would want to work for us but just don't know who we are and that we're hiring.
