One of the best patient to staff ratios I've seen in Eugene. Healthcare Benefits are great. Bonuses. Good equipment.

Cons

Some CNA's are easy to work with. Others are less easy.

Residents are great, MOST of my co workers are great! Work environment is mostly positive, lots of great benefits like free lunch, fitness center & pool use, really excellent Christmas party

Cons

Some departments are VERY rude and talk down to myself and my counter part, Human Resoures plays favorites, can be condescending, and really incompetent at times, tends to put things off and doesn’t respond to requests for employment verification for those seeking loans in a timely manner. Gives out incorrect or false info about benefits. One department has terrible communication with other departments
