Pros
It's a decent wage, once you are there a couple years. Union, pension, benefits. Profit sharings twice a year, and nice things like gift certificates for no workplace injuries in a certain time frame. Pizza lunches etc.
Cons
The shift work. Rotating, graveyards, days, afternoons. I left due to the fact I couldn't sleep anymore all the shift changes. Getting your schedule 2 days you're expected to be at work for whatever shift they decide to put you on ...is ridiculous.
