      Pros

      Good benefits. Unlimited sick days... I guess is for a reason. Nice building with good equipment to work. Free Parking.

      Cons

      Too much politics inside. Big company with no much possibilities to grow; a lot of favoritism; bad communication, managers don’t care about their employees. A high turn over of employees. No social activities for employees unless you pay. No flexible hours. No summer hours.
