Lots of hours. Pay decent. Benefits.

Cons

Management red tape up the wazzooo. Everything takes forever to get done. Work horse blue collar guys never motivated to do anything, and miserable to be around. No room for any advancement, not accepting of new ideas. Stupid company bbqs when the head office big shots show up and gloat about their boats and cars.

The pay scale with new contract is better than the past.

Cons

New management is burning out the employees with unnecessary overtime; they illegally shortened lunch to 20 minutes; morale here is very low. Nobody wants to work here since new plant managers were brought in. Removed employee of the month program. They don't let you leave for lunch. Poor conditions. Health insurance isn't good.
