Pros

Good pay great,safety program cascades cares about the employees and is well managed. Supervisors and the production manager are caring and understanding.they are always willing to coach and help you grow as an employee.

Cons

I don’t see any but if I had to pick something maybe the shift work but the pay makes up for that.

No training process, miserable people, terrible atmosphere. I.T service desk is a disorganized mess. Worst job ever! I do not recommend.
