Pros

it is better than working at a drive through or Wal-Mart.

Cons

management is weak at best. Cascades makes it a practice of hiring un-qaulified people with little to no relevant experience and placing them in leadership roles, while passing over current employees that are more than qualified. They pick and choose the rules they want to enforce and the discipline depends on who you are.

The pay makes it a awesome job and only having to go to work 3 to 4 times a week makes it a fuel saver

Cons

No TRUE training it's the blind leading the blind and if the person dose not like you well you might fail and to try to find out your job descriptions you can't they hand you a paper that is spelled wrong and doesn't even cover any thing

Good environmental record, low market pricing

Cons

Seek bargain basement candidates but place unrealistic and unattainable bonus goals. Reporting requirements are big burden. Sales management is political and creates a tocic environment. Success is based on who tows the line, not sales numbers.
